About Evan Tate
Evan Tate is an internationally recognized jazz saxophonist, woodwind specialist, author, and jazz educator with more than three decades of professional experience. He has performed at major jazz festivals, appeared on numerous recordings, and been featured on radio broadcasts throughout Europe. As an experienced music educator, Evan has served on the jazz faculties of renowned universities, helping students develop their skills in jazz improvisation, saxophone performance, music theory, and woodwind doubling.
In addition to performing and teaching, Evan is the author of acclaimed jazz method books, instructional materials, and online music courses designed to help saxophonists, EWI players, and jazz musicians improve their musicianship and improvisational vocabulary.
